My 8 year old loves these and measurements were accurate. Very well made and now my daughter is happy/comforatable to tackle doing more bar work with her Gymnastics Team.

The color was nice, but the finger holes were extremely tight, I wound up using a scissor and cutting it to make it bigger.
Most people use sand paper wrapped around a pencil! You can also make a small slit about 1/4" long from the edge of the finger holes, in any direction and it will open up the hole.

I just ordered a large size of these and I now see how small the holes are compared to the Soft Hook and Loop Grip.
You can size the holes with sandpaper and a pencil, or make a small slit on one edge of a finger hole to open it up.

My daughter's measurement is 3 1/2 inches; right in between a med & large. What do you recommend?
Go with the smaller size. Grips which are too large can lead to grip lock, a very dangerous occurrence. Never buy a grip which is too large thinking that she will grow it to it!

COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO SOFTEN AND ENLARGE THE FINGERHOLES OF THESE GRIPS I VE BOUGHT TRU AMAZON , THANKS
Sorry about that, some of our dealers are removing the sizing instructions from the packages before they ship them!
To enlarge the finger holes, use a piece of sandpaper wrapped around a dowel or pencil. A small rat tail file will also work. DO NOT try to stretch the holes! This will rip the leather.
As far as stiffness, the leather will break in rapidly once they are used, within a couple of hours.

Bought these for my daughter who is on copper team. She is still breaking them in but the fit is great and these are a great stepping stone towards adjusting up to the more advanced doweled grips.

Purchased for my 7 year old son, who is a level 3/4. He would rip every time he went bars/p-bars. The grips have made a world of difference in his confidence.
Very quick shipping. Items arrived before the date stated on the order. Would be nice to have Left/Right differentiated on the grips for us newbies. The finger holes had some sharp points, which I filed down using a nail file. They have broken in nicely.
Product, sizing is as stated. No complaints here, would purchase again!

A few fellow Crossfitters at our Box have these and I was intrigued after trying a few tape and homemade rip protectors without success.
I spent a lot of time softening these and enlarging the fingerholes before trying any bar movements.
While skeptical after doing a few pullups, I got into a wod that required 40+ pullups and I must say these really did help. Much less hand fatigue and discomfort on the bar. Best of all no callous rips.
If you have large, thick hands, I would keep looking. These will not fit you. I ordered an XL after examining the ones my friends purchases. This surprised me. I have average sized hands typically Medium in most gloves.
Larger sizes will be here soon!

My granddaughter was very pleased and excited to receive her gift of these protective gloves. The measurement guides you offered were excellent and they fit her perfectly. Plus the price was very reasonable for her age level (8).
