These double finger rip protectors are just the ticket to help your hands heal, or prevent more tears. They've been very popular with Crossfitters who need just a little palm protection. Simply loop them over your two middle fingers and slide them down to the base of the fingers. Secure at the wrist with tape or slip them under a set of our comfy cotton wristbands. The finger holes can be sized like our other grips and protectors, with sand paper wrapped around a piece of dowel or pencil.

Note - There's not a lot of difference in overall length because the old model was very long already. The main change is a much bigger finger hole and and extra 1/2" in palm width.
