US Glove sizing is different from grip to grip. Please make sure you're ordering the correct size for your grip! To order the Elite High Bar Velcro Grips, take a measurement, in inches, from the wrist to the center of the middle finger between 1st and 2nd joint.

Our Elite men's high bar Velcro grip with three finger holes, hollow plastic dowel attached with 60 Lb. test monofilament line, and hook and loop wrist closure. We use genuine high quality Velcro rated for 10000 cycles. Available in white. Sold in pairs. We recommend the use of wristbands with these hand grips.
