US Glove sizing is different from grip to grip. Please make sure you're ordering the correct size for your grip! To order Nastia Big Swinger Buckle Leather Cuff Gymnastics Grip, take a measurement, in inches, from the wrist to tip of the middle finger. These grips feature the same narrow cut as the original Big Swinger style, but are constructed from a slightly heavier leather for more durability. Features our innovative finger locking system that helps keep the fingers from sliping out of the finger holes, with a sewn on leather wrapped dowel. Available in white with black trim and the Nastia logo. Sold in pairs. We recommend the use of wristbands with these hand grips.

We recommend this hand grip for athletes that are between 70 lbs. and 120 lbs., level 7 or over. We do not recommend this grip for gymnasts whose body weight exceeds 120 lbs! These gymnasts should be using a grip such as our Champion or Heritage models, which have a wider palm piece providing more strength.
