Ordering By Mail

Please type or print clearly. New Mexico residents must add 5.8125% sales tax. Use the chart for your shipping and handling fee. Include a personal check, money order, MasterCard, VISA or Discover card number. If paying by credit card, please include the expiration date of the credit card.

Ordering By Fax

You may FAX a complete order to us 24 hours a day at (800) 999-5408 provided you are paying by credit card or have an open account with us. We accept MasterCard, VISA or Discover.

COD (Collect On Delivery)

COD orders, available only by phone order to USGlove, can be shipped in the USA by UPS or US Postal Service. Add $6 to the cost of your order for this service.

Types of service

We ship most personal orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail . Business and club orders are shipped via UPS. Overnight service is available via UPS or DHL. Other service is available upon request at (800) 999-5408 during office hours.

Other Ordering Info

Most orders are processed in 1-3 days. Large quantity or club orders are generally processed in 1-10 days. Catalog prices are subject to change without notice.

Special Orders

We make custom-sized grips. You MUST call to discuss an alterations of our products. An additional charge will apply, and all custom orders must be paid in advance by check or money order only. Special orders cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of circumstance.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

If you need a style or size exchange, return the item(s) with a new order and a $3 exchange fee. All exchanges or returns for refund must been in new condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if items are worn, soiled or chalked. Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns or refunds after 60 days. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all cash refunds.

Liability

All USGlove merchandise is sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks and liability from the use of our products.
