All individuals purchasing from this website are assumed to be at least 18 years of age or have received parental consent prior to placing any order.  We are not responsible for orders placed without proper consent and all purchases will be considered final.  We will however apply our refund, return & exchange policy. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

If you need a style or size exchange, return the item(s) with a new order and a $4 exchange fee. All exchanges or returns for refund must been in new condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if items are worn, soiled or chalked. Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns or refunds after 60 days or on custom sizes. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all cash refunds.

Liability

All USGlove merchandise is sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks and liability from the use of our products.
