Frist, realize that if you choose USPS Priority mail, the least expensive shipping method, tracking is VERY LIMITED! The only information provided is delivery confirmation. This means that after the Post Office has actually delivered your package, they will input into their system that it has been delivered. There is absolutely no in route tracking. Our shopping cart system does send you an email when your package leaves our factory in Albuquerque. This tells you that you should receive your package in 5-7 business days from the date of the email if you are in the U.S.
As most people know, UPS provides scans at every point along the path of your shipment where something occurs, like going from a truck to a plane, or another truck, etc. This is handy if you are in a hurry to get your stuff as you will know right where it's at, as well as an accurate estimate of when to expect it at your door.
Believe it or not, there are privacy issues with sending your tracking number to you through the email. Sorry, it's not us, it's the lawyers! To get your tracking number, you need to log into your account that was created when you ordered, using the SAME password and email that you used when you ordered.

After you log in, you'll find yourself on your "My Account" page. Click on the link that says "Completed Orders". On the next page click the button at the right side that says "View Order Details". You'll see your tracking number displayed in the order information.
You can also retrieve your password on the log in page if you have forgoten what you used. Just make sure you enter the SAME email that you used when you purchased!
