Return Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused and unaltered.

Items must be in the original packaging and original product condition.

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of order fulfillment.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

 

To begin the return or exchange process, simply email customer.service@usglove.com with your proof of purchase and reason for the return or exchange. Exchanges are free of charge, one time, per original purchase. You will receive a return shipping label with tracking to return the item(s). Refunds and / or exchanges are processed 7-14 business days after the item is received by our shop.

If your item is eligible for a refund, your original method of purchase will be refunded when the item has been received and inspected in our shop. Returned funds may take 3-5 business days to post to your account, depending on payment method and financial institution policies. Original shipping charges and Route Package Protection charges will not be refunded. 

This return policy applies to any items purchased from usglove.com. Any items purchased on Amazon or from any retailer or authorized agent must be completed through that company. Any products that have been customized or designed at the request of the customer will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Grips with a tied on, plastic dowel (including Ladies Resilience and Ladies Elite) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

US Glove warrants all products for 90 days against manufacturer defects only.
